services in the

metropolitan area.
Exit: The company met financial expectations
and was sold approximately six months after the acquisition.
PrimeCo was sold to a larger competitor (US Cellular) in May 2002
and the transaction closed in August 2002 achieving its investment
goal of a strategic sale in nine months.
