Bruce Waldersen is a Senior Vice President and joined the Firm in 2000. Previously, Mr. Waldersen was President of an Arizona-based printing company and Director at KPMG's Corporate Finance Department.  Prior to working at KPMG, Mr. Waldersen held banking positions at National Bank of Canada, Mellon Bank, CIT and Continental Illinois Bank.  During his commercial banking career, he focused on leveraged transactions, restructurings and recapitalizations.  Mr. Waldersen graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Accounting.
